About The Founder

Dr. Edmund Ikpechi Ukwuru (CMC, FIMC, CMP, DFAI, DBA), is an accomplished entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in performance and productivity improvement. He has honed his skills in research, identifying the root causes of prevailing problems, and formulating strategic plans for enhancing performance and productivity. Known for his innovation, flexibility, and efficiency, Edmund has made significant contributions across various industries.

His Academic and Professional journey began with a solid educational foundation. Edmund holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Benue State University, Makurdi, Nigeria. His early education includes high school at St. Kizito Minor Seminary and primary education at Federal Polytechnic Staff School, Idah, Kogi State. His academic achievements are complemented by several certifications, including a Certified Management Consultant designation and various foundational certificates such as the West African Senior School Certificate Examination and the First School Leaving Certificate. In 2024, Edmund became a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC). In the Spring of 2024, Edmund also became a Certified Management Professional (CMP), a Distinguished Fellow of the Africa Institute (DFAI), and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA; Honoris Causa).

Edmund’s career is marked by significant roles in various organizations. Currently, he is the owner of Ukwuru Dynamics Limited, where he oversees research, operations management, and team collaboration. His role as a Consultant further underscores his leadership capabilities. Since 2019, he has also been at the helm of Elsa-Solutions Limited, focusing on training and development, printing, and academic writing.

From 2020 to 2021, Edmund served as the Director of Marketing Africa for Punchzee, a company based in Aurora, Colorado, USA. In this role, he managed marketing operations, graphic advertising, campaign management, social media, sales optimization, and customer/client behavior training. Additionally, he undertook a brief stint as a Business Development Specialist with FlowCell in Swampscott, Massachusetts, USA, where he engaged in customer engagement, research marketing, and technical marketing.

Beyond his professional roles, Edmund has been actively involved in volunteer activities. He served as a Volunteer Outreach Coordinator for Mind Your Mind in California, USA, where he formulated and implemented campaigns, engaged in negotiation and lobbying, and managed public relations. He also volunteered as a Board Researcher for Emmviron Company in Lagos, Nigeria, focusing on microbial sciences.
