We will ask you to state the challenges you encounter and we will ensure they are in line with the requirements you provided before the work was written.

An oversight on our part will mean we will go over the work again.

An oversight on your part would mean additional compensation from you in line with the charges for the required word count.

How do I amend my work following feedback from my tutor?

You can simply send your feedback to us through direct message and we will tend to it promptly.

How do I request a refund if I need to?

You can request a refund by sending us a message.

However, depending on the status of your work, only percentage of your payment will be refunded to you.
